The Lead generator/ appointment setter is responsible for initiating leads with prospective clients through phone calls and managing appointments and scheduling for the Business Development team.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a target goal with the Director of Business Development
- Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments for Account Executive team
- Achieve goals for productivity, hours, quality of calls, and sales appointments
- Undergo regular training to improve skill set
- Work directly with Business Development team to develop and cultivate new leads
- Performing other duties as needed
