Lead Generator/ Appointment Setter (Raleigh)

The Lead generator/ appointment setter is responsible for initiating leads with prospective clients through phone calls and managing appointments and scheduling for the Business Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a target goal with the Director of Business Development
  • Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments for Account Executive team
  • Achieve goals for productivity, hours, quality of calls, and sales appointments
  • Undergo regular training to improve skill set
  • Work directly with Business Development team to develop and cultivate new leads
  • Performing other duties as needed
