IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Management
- Oversee daily production operations.
- Manage and motivate production personnel
- Train new and existing production personnel.
- Communicate with Branch Manager personnel needs.
Production
- Inspect trucks, equipment and storage spaces for cleanliness and organization.
- General maintenance and repair of trucks, spray systems and equipment.
- Track tank mixes and inventory use.
- Complete applications throughout the year to help with production load.
- Manage spare and seasonal equipment usage.
- Tracks and records time sheets for production personnel.
Quality Control
- Performs the service calls and retreats for quality control checks of customer’s lawns.
- Presents quality standards and expectations to production personnel.
- Makes recommendations to the Branch Manager on ways to improve quality. Follows disciplinary procedures when applicable.
- Keeps production team motivated and focused
Safety
- Assures that all staff is properly trained in safety techniques and procedures.
- Maintains safety policy at all times.
- Ensures production staff has all needed safety equipment and paperwork at all time.
- Recognizes and presents awards to production staff at safety meetings.
Sales / Customer Relations
- Assures legendary customer service at all times.
- Communicates effectively with customers.
- Responds to customers’ requests in a timely fashion.
- Resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Meets with customers on their lawn when problems arise.
- Sell basic programs to prospects on the lawn.
- Upsell current clients additional services.
- Assists in completing lawn analysis when necessary.
Administrative
- Ensures sufficient paperwork and product literature is available for Technicians.
- Works with Weed Man Branch Manager to insure that all material (fertilizers, chemicals, etc.) and resources (equipment, tools, etc.) are available in sufficient quantities to assure efficient daily operations.
- Ensures all production personnel are following company procedures.
- Follows proper telephone and email procedures.
- Upholds all company policies and core values
- Supports branch vision and performs accordingly
- Pre employment criminal background check, drug screen and MVR approval required.

Compensation: $45K – $50K DOE
