We're in need of an experienced and energetic individual to come aboard as our Production Manager in our Holly Springs landscape construction office. You will work with Green Team members to deliver on company promises and ensure your clients are wowed by our service. You understand the value of training & developing your team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Customer Service
a. Overall customer service/satisfaction
b. Quality control, facilitation of contracts
c. Available to meet and interact with client's when needed
d. Delivering on contractual commitments and promises
2. Field Management
a. Proactive management of production teams
b. Responsible for quality control
c. Coordinate schedules, material and equipment needs
d. Motivate, train and develop team members
3. Team Work
a. Work with operations team to deliver contracted and enhancement services
b. Promote a safe and positive work environment at all times
c. Communicate to all team members' quality expectations, company goals and desired results.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player who can work independently and also have:
- A minimum of 3 years as a manager in commercial landscape management
- Horticultural knowledge and understanding of landscape management
- Experience with lawn care, horticultural services and general maintenance practices
- Organization and time management skills
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clean driving record
