7-12 week rotational program:
FIRST PHASE – 6-WEEK ROTATIONAL
4-day work week in the field – 1 day per week leadership mentoring by shadowing a team member to gain understanding of and observe work flow in sales, design, and administration

- Detail Crew
- Lawn Care
- Floriculture
- Irrigation Service
SECOND PHASE – 1-WEEK ENTERPRISE
Internship project - One week service project to be completed by all interns in the 2018 program. This is a chance to make a lasting impact by improving a company challenge while working with key managers and executive team members.
THIRD PHASE – 5-WEEK IMMERSION (OPTIONAL)
Five days per week in the field focused in one of three areas of your choosing:
- Landscape Construction
- Maintenance – Commercial
- Lawn Care
BI-WEEKLY INTERN FUN EVENING
Bi-weekly gathering with fellow interns and rotating mentors of the Green Team to engage in fun activities, experience living in the Triangle, give and receive feedback, discuss the program and socialize.
