Greenscape Inc. is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented leader to fulfill the role of Maintenance Branch Manager in Holly Springs NC and Durham NC. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, outgoing, and a great communicator with strong time management skills and an eye for innovation and process improvement. This individual has a solid background in all aspects of the landscape industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, and mentor staff to ensure that they are consistently delivering high quality service in the most efficient manner.
- Improve upon current processes to ensure profitability and future growth within the Maintenance Division.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement.
- Maintain a neat and organized facility.
- Understand client needs via regular communication with the Client Relations Manager.
- Work with the Client Relations Managers to identify staffing needs, hire new crew members, and prepare daily crew schedules.
- Focus on safety and monitor safety records.
