Why Choose Greenscape?

Delivering Outstanding Results Through Great Service

Core ValuesWe have built Greenscape to be responsive to your needs. Our team of client relations managers, professional designers, horticulturists, client care specialists, technicians and administrative staff all understand that our commercial clients want the job done right with a minimum of fuss. We do this by living our mission of “Outstanding Results Through Great Service” everyday.

We use a variety of techniques to ensure that our communication levels and scheduling objectives meet client requirements. Each commercial client is assigned a Client Relations Manager (CRM). He or she will work with you to get the job done.

One Point of Contact

  • A dedicated Client Relations Manager is your one point of contact for everything from daily maintenance issues, to inclement weather, to billing questions. Client Relations Managers do not have field responsibilities; they are paired with a field manager who supervises the landscape team for your property. Your CRM will be responsive and make sure the work gets done so you don’t have to waste time following up.
  • We give our Client Relations Managers the tools to get the job done right for you. Each CRM carries a laptop and smart phone so that they can be reached at all times. We will respond to any issues you bring up within 24 hours. We provide proposals within X days of request.

On Time. Done Right.

When we surveyed clients recently, we heard repeatedly that they just want the job to be done right and in a timely fashion.

We know how frustrating it can be when a vendor does not show up as scheduled or when rework is needed. Our goal is to ensure that every job is on time and done right.

  • On Time. Our internal database system is built with checks and balances in place to eliminate handwritten lists and increase accountability as the schedule is reviewed daily by our operations manager. Your CRM enters required tasks for your property into our system, which then schedules and assigns the tasks to a crew and field manager. Once your task is marked as complete by the field manager, an email is generated to notify your CRM that the work is done.
  • Done Right. Our thorough and meticulous crew members are trained to treat your property, employees and visitors with respect. Team members working on site are easily identified by their neat, clean uniforms and safety vests. Your Client Relations Manager will make regular checks of your property and conduct regular site inspections with your property representatives. Our goal is to ensure that each job is done correctly the first time.

Training & Experience Matter

Our success is a direct result of hiring excellent people and providing ongoing training and advancement opportunities. We have been able to maintain a strong presence in the marketplace with our focus on satisfying customers and providing them great services at a reasonable value.

Greenscape employs over 90 full time landscaping professionals. The team grows to 160 in the peak season utilizing reliable and legal guest workers under the H2B visa program. We screen the seasonal workforce each year through the federal E-Verify program to ensure a legal workforce. In addition, Greenscape complies with state and federal laws, as well as OSHA standards. Subcontractors are utilized on some projects. Our subcontractors are vetted with our pre-approval process prior to being utilized by Greenscape Inc. This ensures that all insurance and other legal documentation is on file and updated annually with our office. We consider our subcontractors as partners in our business, and expect them to provide services for you with the same consideration as Greenscape direct employees. Each job is always inspected by a Greenscape team member at completion.
