Our deck was in need of repair, and we changed the configuration in the remodel so that the original walkway and plantings at the end of the deck didn’t work. We contacted Greenscape because we wanted some ideas and they had done 2 previous projects for us. Alais came out and discussed how we wanted to use the space, and we consulted about the design which we liked. We contracted with them to do the project. The work crew worked very hard, was timely, neat, and kept us informed of the daily progress and any other issues. We would grade our experience an A+ start to finish. We love the space—it’s perfect for what we wanted and for how we will use the backyard. We would highly recommend Greenscape for any outdoor project that you are considering.

I found Scott to be extremely professional and he promised me that my lawn would be re-done before June 11th, because my wife was throwing a party. My name is Jonathan Fisher and my wife Laura and I live in Holly Springs. We recently had some landscape work done by Greenscape. The work included soil conditioning, installing Zoysia sod, and brush clearing other areas. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We are constantly getting compliments on how good our yard looks. We are also very impressed by the professionalism of the workers who came and transformed our yard. They were able to do an amazing amount of work in a short amount of time and everything looked great.

We would also like to point out what an amazing job Chris Ward has done for us. We had several landscaping companies quote the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately Greenscape was not the lowest quote of all the companies. However, Chris was extremely prompt in his responses to our questions and he always followed up with us during the quoting process. We took this professionalism as a representation of the company and that helped us make our decision to go with Greenscape. We are very pleased with our decision and it has been an absolute pleasure working with Chris. Even after the work has been completed, Chris has followed up with us with lawn care tips and answers to our questions (even after work hours).

After moving back to the Triangle area and purchasing a new home in Fuquay Varina, my wife and I made the decision that we wanted to create the backyard we had always wanted. After 17 years of trying unsuccessfully to landscape our front yard, my wife and I finally admitted we needed professional help. With this in mind we attended the 2010 Fall Home Show. Since we live in Cary we wanted to use a company local to this area so we stopped in to talk with Greenscape, Inc. We met Brian and set up an appointment. When Brian came to the house, he was totally committed to helping us with a landscape plan that would meet our goals. He took our ideas, made some of his own suggestions and set off to draw up a plan. The finished plan more than met our expectations and we were able to use many of our existing plants and shrubs. The work started in early January and was completed within a week. The landscape crew did a wonderful job of planting, spreading the mulch and most important, cleaning up when the job was completed. We are so thrilled with our new look and can’t wait for the spring to see everything bloom. We even have a beautiful walkway leading up to a stone area under a tree where we can sit and enjoy the view.

We cannot tell you how pleased we are with the walkway and the two employees who put it in. Greg’s design with the idea for the sitting area is the unique design that we wanted. The work crew not only did a great job of constructing the design, but added to it with their creative ideas. The care they took with implementing the design as well as the care they took in the construction made us both think about old world craftsmen. This is the first time in nine years that we have not had to supervise work being done in the house and yard. We are planning to do the driveway next year and we will be requesting the same crew.

“I drove by the house yesterday on the way from the beach to Charlotte so that I could see the finished work. I am so pleased with how the project has turned out. The vision for the area was certainly realized in the Greenscape team’s efforts. The rock wall and steps are beautiful and the pattern matches the other parts of the house perfectly. The mondo grass creates a beautiful and interesting visual in combination with the round patio. Jose’ and his team are craftsman using stone.

The attention to detail, professionalism and quality of work has met and even exceeded my expectations. As a result, I have recommended you to my next door neighbor on the uphill side of the house. Paul and Jennifer are going to be doing some construction of a large deck area and adding some landscaping in the coming months. They were impressed with the quality of your work as well. I really appreciate the repair to the lawn where the equipment was used, it should be invisible when the sod takes hold.
