Greenscape uses a single point of contact Client Care Team in order to create a better Client Experience. This structure allows us to strengthen our team as a whole by focusing on each of our team members’ strengths and positioning them to become more specialized, creating a much deeper and wider knowledge base.
The Client Care Team is 100% focused on incoming client communication from all of our residential and commercial clients. They expedite and follow up on requests, concerns, or questions quickly. They are the nerve center of the structure. All of the Client Care Team members, including team manager Leslie Herndon, have been with Greenscape for many years – they are names and faces you know and trust. If you need to meet with a Field Team Specialist, would like to discuss adding new services, have a billing or any other type of question, simply call the Client Care Team and they will coordinate everything.
Direct any communication you need to have with Greenscape to the Client Care Team. They are available 7:30am-5pm weekdays and their joint email account (email@example.com) will be monitored in the evening hours, as well.
