Meet Leslie Herndon, Greenscape VP of Operations. Leslie has been with the Green Team since 2002 and works with Greenscape’s commercial clients providing customer service and sales support. She also designs many of the flower beds, containers and living walls that we install each season. According to Leslie, “Flowers are my passion and have been for a long time. I was the child who turned her sandbox into a flower bed. Now, I have over 43 flower pots at my house and always think I need a few more!” If you see pictures on our Facebook page or website of flowers, Leslie probably took them!

Leslie is a North Carolina native (“Go Wolfpack!”) and most of her family still lives in the Charlotte area. She joined the Greenscape team immediately after graduating from NC State University. As a second career part time, she is a Jazzercise Fitness Instructor teaching classes in several different centers in the Cary/Fuquay Varina areas several times a week and loves making a difference in the health and lives of her customers. She has also traveled all over Europe and the US.

We asked Leslie what else she’d like people to know about her and she replied, “I love to travel and just got back from California with a trip to Ireland in the next month! My bucket list of travel spots includes Spain, Portugal, Austria, and several other overseas and a few spots in the US. I love photography and use my travels to explore this love. My friends and I also love to do NC Wine tours to the Yadkin Valley area and promoting this great and growing industry in NC. I also recently became an Aunt and am loving having a niece to enjoy!”
