Holly Springs, NC -Greenscape Inc. has signed five new commercial clients, with work beginning in April and May, 2012. These new clients include:

• Cornerstone Centre Condominium Association in Cary (Red Door Company Property Management)
Carolina Legacy Cheer & Dance, Inc in Cary
• Town North Plaza in Raleigh (Hawthorne Retail Partners, Inc.)
Comfort Inn & Suites on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh
• Lynnwood Collection at Lynn and Creedmoor (anchored by Kroger) in Raleigh (managed by Westwood Financial Corp of Dallas and Hawthorne Retail Partners of Charlotte)

Company News : Greenscape Inc. Participates in PLANET Day of Service

Holly Springs, NC -Green Team members from Greenscape Inc. (www.greenscapeinc.com) in coordination with John Deere Landscapes and Davey Tree will be giving back to the community on April 20 as part of PLANET Day of Service 2012. Team members worked to create the landscaping master design and will be planting at the entrance and along the pathways of the Jeff Wells Environmental Trail in Fuquay-Varina prior to the trail's dedication on Saturday, April 21st.

"I can honestly say that Greenscape has some of the most dedicated and caring employees around," says Currin. "We participate every year in a number of activities that benefit the community and the Green Team members always jump in and help, giving back to the towns where they live and work. Greenscape is pleased to be a part of improving the Jeff Well's Environmental Trail. We plan to create a welcoming entrance to the walk that is family friendly and educational. We are fortunate to live in a location with native beauty and aesthetics, and our goal is to highlight the native plantings to the local community and show how they can enhance the beauty of any environment and at the same time keep the maintenance required to a minimum. This week's project allows us to partner long-term with the Town of Fuquay-Varina to provide a vision for the additional greenways that will be added over the next 5-10 years, ensuring continuity in the landscaping design and working with plantings native to the area." Currin adds that the company is always looking for new hires that share the company's commitment to the environment and have a team focus.

PLANET Day of Service is held every year as an opportunity for green industry professionals across the U.S. to demonstrate environmental stewardship, improve the quality of life and give back to their local communities. Company News : Greenscape Inc. Acquires Francis Landscaping

Holly Springs, NC -Daniel Currin, President of Greenscape Inc. (www.greenscapeinc.com) announced today that Greenscape has acquired Raleigh-based Francis Landscaping effective April 2, 2012. The acquisition will expand Greenscape's footprint in the North Raleigh area. No staffing changes are planned.

"We are happy to welcome Francis Landscaping customers to Greenscape," says Currin. "Our mission has always been to provide outstanding results through great service, and Francis customers should expect to see the same or better standard of service as we begin providing for their landscaping needs. We expect that Greenscape's extensive resources will be of benefit both to the clients and to the Francis Landscaping team members as we bring them onboard. It is our intent to retain the existing employees and integrate them into the Green Team."

Company News : Greenscape Inc. Gains New Commercial Clients

Holly Springs, NC -Greenscape Inc. (www.greenscapeinc.com) today announced that it has signed four new commercial clients, including two in Durham, one in Cary and one in Apex, with work commencing March 1 and April 1, 2012.

Winslow Properties Development has engaged Greenscape Inc. to manage its Hilliard Forest community in Cary effective March 1, 2012. Also with the same effective date, Greenscape began managing the Lofts at Lakeview in Durham, which is managed by Sentinel Corp, and the community of West Lake in Apex, managed by Community Association Services, Inc. Work at Hope Valley Square in Durham, managed by Hawthorne Retail Partners, Inc., will begin April 1st.

"We are pleased to welcome Winslow, Sentinel, CAS and Hawthorne to Greenscape," says Daniel Currin, President of Greenscape. "All four of these properties have a great reputation in the community. Company News : Greenscape Inc. Wins Regency Centers Bid

Holly Springs, NC -Greenscape Inc. has been selected to handle all commercial landscape installation efforts for Regency Centers' renovation of its Carmel Commons shopping center in south Charlotte. The work will begin next week and should be complete by the end of March. This is the fifth landscape job that Greenscape has handled for Regency Centers.

"We always enjoy working with the team at Regency Centers," says Daniel Currin, President of Greenscape. "They are great people-very professional-and heavily involved with community redevelopment." The job was sold by Green Team member Leslie Herndon and designed by Adam Southwell. It will be managed by Keith Updyke in Raleigh and Nathan Beasley onsite in Charlotte.

Regency Centers owns and operates more than 360 community shopping centers around the country, and is focused on maintaining quality centers in top markets with top-of-line retailers. The firm is committed to green building and maintenance practices, including those related to landscape design and smart irrigation.
