Safety
- Performs pre-operation checks on each piece of equipment.
- Wears appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- Informs Foreman of any unsafe equipment, operations or injury.
- Attends all safety meetings.

Quality Control
- Performs work per Greenscape quality standards.

Client Relations
- Assures legendary customer service at all times.
- Promptly directs client requests/comments/concerns to Foreman.
- Treats clients courteously.

Personnel Development
- Completes training on each piece of equipment before operating equipment.
- Works with Foreman to gain understanding of the Greenscape Crew Competency Plan in order to continue personal growth.
- Attends all training sessions.
- Accepts direction and instruction as an opportunity to improve.

Administrative
- Requests time off at least one week in advance.
- Wears proper Greenscape uniform.
