Initial Contact with Our Landscape Design Company:

At first contact with our firm, you will instantly understand what makes us different. You will first encounter our Director of First Impressions, who will carefully listen to all of your landscape needs and concerns. She will also be sure to ask you for all the best ways to keep the lines of communication open. At this time she starts your customer file, having obtained enough information to ensure that you will be assigned to the proper designer in our firm to handle your needs. Please spend the time to take advantage of this most important step in the process.

Landscape Design Consultation with a Professional Landscape Designer:

One of our degreed landscape designers will meet with you at your home. During this initial meeting, your designer will review your landscape needs and interests. They will offer suggestions and ideas and get a general feel for your style. We will address your wish list and discuss your long-term goals or dreams for your property. We will work with you to establish long and short-term budgets to design within. This close working relationship with our clients and open communication, allows us the opportunity to exceed your expectations. Fees for design/build work will be individually determined based on the scope of the project.

The Landscape Plans and Master Plans:

Based on your meeting and discussions, your professional designer will weave together your landscape needs and desires, creating an individualized design specific to your property. Our plans are very detail orientated with scaled drawings. There may be as many as ten layers to show everything from a landscape planting plan to drainage plans, lighting plans, re-grading plans, hardscape layout plans and many more details. This Landscape Master Plan is your blueprint to a successful, award-winning property. We implore our customers to spend as much time and make as many revisions in this part of the process to ensure that their desires are met. This Master Plan can then be executed in its entirety or in phases over time, depending on your budget and priorities.

The Landscape Design Build Out: 

Our highly skilled staff of professional will bring the Landscape Master Plan to life. Your project is carefully managed by your own production manger that is always available to answer any question at any time, day or night. By performing the work to our quality-driven high standards, you are assured of a premier product and guaranteed a successful result. In partnership with other talented contractors we handle your entire project so you will have only one single point of responsibility, giving you the peace of mind that everything is being handled.

Landscape Design Follow Through and Warranties:

Greenscape has the best warranty in the industry, with an unconditional one year warranty on plants and a one year structural warranty on all of our construction work. You will always find a friendly person available to you; just a phone call away. Our Director of First Impressions will always guide you to the right person to answer your questions. On average, we work with our clients over a seven year period of time; we believe in making a long-term commitment to our work.
